"Was nervous after paying, but the shoes are legit"
I ordered from iRun Singapore and got a bit doubtful right after making payment, like wondering if I made the right call. But the shoes arrived and they look 100% legit. Box, tags, and overall quality all checked out, so no complaints from me. Happy with the purchase in the end.

"Pretty fair price, honestly"
The prices seemed fair compared to other places I looked at, and what I got felt worth the money. Nothing super fancy or over-the-top, just solid value. I remember thinking I’d probably paid more elsewhere for about the same thing, so yeah, I didn’t leave feeling like I overpaid.

"Mostly Right, Just One Small Mix-Up"
My order was mostly right, so I can’t complain too much. The shoes were fine and the delivery was okay, but the socks came in the wrong size. I probably should’ve double-checked everything sooner too, since I got busy and didn’t notice right away. Still, I wish they’d pay a little more attention to the small stuff before shipping it out.

"Refund took a little while, but they made it right"
I had to wait a few days for my refund to come through, which was a bit frustrating at first. To be fair, support did respond when I reached out, and the refund was sorted in the end without any major hassle. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I appreciate that they followed through and handled it

"Packaging could've been better"
The box showed up a bit bent and roughed up, which was kinda dissapointing. Luckily, everything inside was totally fine, so no big issue overall.

"Quick win with the discount"
Tried iRun Singapore during a promo, and my snap judgment was that it was actually worth using. The code went through at checkout without any fuss, and I saved a decent amount on my order. No complaints from me. I’d definitely check them again when more deals pop up.

"Fast help, thankfully no runaround"
I had a question about sizing and was expecting the usual slow replies or vague answers, but they got back to me quickly. There was also a small issue with my order, which could’ve been annoying, but they sorted it out the same day without making it a whole headache. I’m usually skeptical of customer support, so it was nice to actually get a straight answer and not have to chase anyone.

"Easy payment options, no dumb hassle"
I ordered from irunsg.com and the payment part was simple as hell. They had a few different options, so I wasn’t stuck with one stupid method that I didn’t want to use.
Checkout went through quick, and my order confirmation showed up soon after. The only thing I’d nitpick is that the payment page could look a bit cleaner, because it felt a little clunky, but overall it worked fine and didn’t give me any real crap

"Support helped, but the goalposts kept moving"
After-sales support did help me in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took way longer than it should have. Every time I thought we were close to getting it sorted, there was another step or a different answer, like the goalposts kept moving. Not terrible, just kind of frustrating.

These fit true to size, which was a relief. I always feel like some shoe brands make the sizing weird on purpose so you end up second-guessing or ordering multiple pairs, but these were straightforward. Ordered my usual size and they fit just right
